Tyler Tinsley Kramer, O.D.

Dr. Tyler Tinsley was born and raised in Poplar Bluff and received her bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Missouri State University. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Dr. Tyler worked as an office manager as she completed her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Missouri College of Optometry. After graduating with honors Dr. Tyler worked as an optometrist and Vision Therapy specialist in St Louis for 5 years before returning to her hometown to open Kramer Family Vision in 2008. In 2021, Kramer Family Vision moved to a new location, developed a new mission, and became inSight Eyecare + Eyewear.

The experienced staff of inSight Eyecare + Eyewear strives to maintain their mission of “providing the best in eyecare by treating our patients like family and loving what we do”. The inSight staff enjoys working with patients of all ages, specializing in proper frame selection, fitting, and repair. The practice offers an extensive frame selection for any style or budget, including basic and designer frames, sunglasses, sports goggles, and safety eyewear.

In addition to comprehensive vision exams, Dr. Tyler provides experienced care and management of eye injury and the detection of eye disease. As an associate member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, Dr. Tyler is trained in Behavioral Optometry and Vision Therapy to help patients with learning-related vision problems, disorders of binocular vision, and traumatic brain injury. In her spare time, Dr. Tyler enjoys spending time on the Black River with her large extended family.
